That's why all our deliveries are currently made by bicycle, exclusively in Brussels, with zero CO2 emissions, providing a fast service and direct contact with our tattoo artist customers in the capital.
Current delivery zone
At the moment, bicycle delivery is only available in Brussels and its immediate surroundings. We are working to gradually expand our coverage area, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you are located outside this area, and we will find a suitable solution.

Returns
In accordance with current Belgian and European legislation, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Exception for hygiene products:
For hygiene reasons, single-use products that have been unsealed (needles, cartridges, gloves, hygiene consumables) cannot be returned or exchanged once their packaging has been opened, in accordance with consumer law applicable to this type of item.
