Our shop caters primarily to professional tattoo artists and tattoo parlors established in Belgium, seeking reliable equipment that complies with industry hygiene standards.
Do you deliver anywhere in Belgium?
Currently, our eco-friendly bicycle delivery service is exclusively available in Brussels and its immediate surroundings. We are currently exploring expanding our coverage area soon. Contact us if you are located elsewhere so we can explore a suitable solution.

Because environmental responsibility is one of our values. Delivering by bike allows us to reduce our carbon footprint while offering a fast and local service to Brussels tattoo artists.
What are the delivery times?
The average delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours after your order is confirmed.
What are the delivery fees?
Bicycle delivery is free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the main payment methods offered when you place your order. The available payment methods are displayed before payment is confirmed.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched for delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Can I return a product?
When the right of withdrawal applies, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order.
However, certain unsealed products cannot be returned when, due to their nature, the legal conditions for exclusion from the right of withdrawal apply. Consult our Delivery & Returns page for detailed conditions.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged or if there's an error with my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and describing the issue you've encountered. If the product is damaged, you can also attach a photo to help us process your request quickly.

How to know if a product is in stock?
Product availability is indicated directly in the store. When a product or item is temporarily out of stock, its status is shown on its product page.
Do you offer multiple brands?
Yes. INK'REDIBLE selects products from brands specializing in the tattoo industry, including Emalla, Organink, and Hornet. Our catalog will gradually expand with new products.
